Day - 1 : Dimapur Kohima
Arrival at Dimapur Airport and received by our representatives. Transfer to Kohima for overnight stay. If reaches early then we may visit to the Kohima War Cemetery. The Kohima War Cemetery is a memorial dedicated to soldiers of the 2nd British Division of the Allied Forces who died in the Second World War at Kohima, the capital of Nagaland, India, in April 1944.
Day - 2 : Hornbill Festival Ground at Kisama heritage Village
After breakfast travel to the Naga Heritage Village Kisama to attend the gala opening ceremony of Hornbill Festival and experience the cultural extravaganza of the different tribes of Nagaland. Home to the numerous vibrant Tribes Nagaland celebrated the much awaited Hornbill Festival each year as a conglomeration of all tribes festive celebration. The must see in Nagaland s said to be the festival of festivals. The awesome festival is to protect, sustain, and promote the rich cultural heritage and traditions of magnificent Naga Tribes. By evening we will be back to our Hotel for overnight stay.
Day - 3 : Hornbill festival at Kisama Heritage Village
After breakfast again to visit the Festival ground to observe the 2nd day events and stay amidst mesmerizing & vibrancy of cultures & traditions. Also we will visit the must see War museum located in the heritage complex of Kisama to witness the facts & eventuals of the great Kohima war of World War II. By evening we will be back to our Hotel for overnight stay.
Day - 4 : Kohima Kaziranga
After breakfast return to Kaziranga in Assam via Dimapur-Kaziranga way. Kaziranga is the National Park in Assam World famous for the great one horned Rhino. Apart to this Kaziranga is the home of Avian species both residential and migratory.
Day - 5 : Jeep safari and Elephant Ride over the wild trails of Kaziranga
Early in the morning we will Experience the wilderness amidst the National park by an Elephant Ride and can observe in the central or western range of the park and monitor the movements of World famous One horned Rhino, wild asiatic Elephants, Royal Bengal Tiger, different species of birds here. After wards we come back to the Lodge/ Guest house for breakfast. After having it we can go to the Orchid garden (a repository of hundreads of orchids and rare floral species) along with we can enjoy traditional folk dance of Assam there. After lunch we can visit Kaziranga through through a Jeep Safari to overlook the evening ambience of the Wild trail.
Day - 6 : Kaziranga Guwahati
after having breakfast transfer to Guwahati. Reaching Guwahati we will have a River cruise/ Dinner Cruise (optional) ove he mighty river Brahmaputra and enjoy the local folk performances and dinner in the midst of the River. Then coming back to the Hotel for night stay.
Day - 7 : Drop at Airport
This is he end of the day. As per interest of the tourists we may visit early in the morning the mother Goddess Kamakhya Temple - the most sacred place of the Hinduism. Then to drop at the Airport/Railway Station. Otherwise we will leave for the Airport/Railway Station memorising the charmings of Hornbill festival and Kaziranga trail.
