Day - 1 : Dibrugarh Sibsagar
Arrival at Dibrugarh Airport/ Railway Station in Assam and transfer to Sibsagar for overnight stay, covering a 90km distance.
Day - 2 : Sibsagar Archaeological sightseeing
After breakfast, visit to the Historical sights and archaeological remains of 14th -16th century built by the Ahom monarchs in present Assam. Sibsagar, presently a district of Assam was the ancient capital of the Ahom Kingdom who ruled over the for long 600 years. There are numerous remains of the yesteryears of the Ahom days built in between 13th century to 16th century. Amongst these the noteworthy to explore the Kareng Ghar-the palace of the Ahom kings, the Rangghar-the first amphitheatre of Asia, the Talatal ghar-multi storied bulding ruins of the Ahom kings the Siv dowl-ancient temple dedicated to Lord Siva,Azan Peer Dargah etc. are to name a few.
Day - 3 : Sibsagar Mon in Nagaland
After breakfast transfer to Mon town in Nagaland for overnight stay at resort covering a distance of 150 km by the hilly trek. Mon is a border district of Indo-Myanmar in Nagaland inhabited by the beautiful Konyak Tribes.
Day - 4 : Mon basti/traditional village to observe festival
Here in Mon, experience the colourful harvest festival of the Konyak Tribes –the Auling festival celebrated during 1st week of April at the advent of Spring.The largest among the major 17 tribes in Nagaland, the Konyaks celebrated the awesome Aoling festival as a pre harvest performance at the arrival of Spring season. Signifying culture and dignity of tradition, Aoling is a must see in the Mon district of Nagaland.
Day - 5 : Longwa village
Besides visit to the spectacular Konyak tribal villages, king’s place in the border village Longwah with long palm roofed traditional houses and the Art & Craft of the Konyak Tribes, old village folk with Tatoos on their faces & body –who were earlier known as the Head Hunters.
Day - 6 : Mon Dibrugarh
On day 6th After breakfast transfer to Dibrugarh covering 240 km in 5 hours for overnight stay at heritage Bunglow amidst lush green Tea. Tea walk in the evening and enjoy the moment observing Folk cultural dances of Assam in the dusk at the open air sitting on the lown .
Day - 7 : Dibrugarh Aalong
After breakfast Transfer to Along in Arunachal acrossing the Mighty river Brahmaputra by Bogibeel bridge in a 1 hr Drive from Dibrugarh covering 180 km in 7 hours and reached by evening for overnight stay. Enroute sightseeing in Pasighat, Panging, Begging etc scenic places.
Day - 8 : Paya village to observe Mopin celebration
After breakfast visit to the Adi Tribal villages at Paya Village to observe the awesome Mopin festival-the pre harvest festival celebration at the advent of Spring. Mopin is the annual harvest festival of the Adi Galo community marked with traditional gaiety. Dressed in their traditional attire, the Galo people expose their richness of the culture & tradition during the Mopin celebration organized on 5th April each year.
Day - 9 : Local sight seeing at Aalo
Full day at Along walking in Adi tribal villages, experiencing their customs and traditions, enjoy Mopin festival. Visit to the local emporium, Local traditional market, local temple etc awesome destinations to more about the Adis of Arunachal Pradesh.
Day - 10 : Aalo Pasighat
After breakfast Transfer to Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh/Dhemaji in Assam for overnight stay. Enjoying of the local traditional folk performances and listening of the local folk stories sitting in the yard of the homestay and meet he local people to know their lifestyles.
Day - 11 : Pasighat Dibrugarh
After having breakfast in a traditional way Transfer to Dibrugarh Kareng Chapori-Bogibeel for overnight stay. Evening Tea Garden and Tea factory visit to know the manufacturing process of Tea introduced by the Britishers' in Assam in the early 18th century.
Day - 12 : Drop at Airport/Railway Station and Tour end
Today after having breakfast and keeping in memory some specious moments with the beautiful people of Assam Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh we make an end of the Tour and drop the guests at the Airport or the Railway Station for departure.
