Day - 1 : Guwahati Cherrapunjee

Meet the Guests at Guwahati Airport/Hotel and briefing of the Tour Circuit by Tour Director/representatives and Transfer to Cherrapunjee covering 160 km in 4.30 hr. Check in to the Hotel.

Day - 2 : Cherrapunjee Local Sight Seeing

After breakfast enjoy the day amidst the breathtaking views of foggy valleys and soaking rivers in Cherrapunjee at a distance of 55 km away from Shillong which is known as a wettest place in the Earth, the 340 metre high Nohkalikai falls –known as the tallest one in India & World’s fourth highest, the Mawsmai Lime stone Caves-megnificent stalagtites & stalagmites etc, the Wah Kaba water falls, Eco park. If time permits visit to the Thangkharang Park, which is located 12 km away from Cherrapunji – must see as a popular tourist spots that offers you a panoramic view of Bangladesh and Kynrem falls cascading down at a distance in three levels. In the evening before reaching our resort, we will explore the Dain Thlen Falls, a scenic and relatively crowd-free waterfall Cherrapunjee is known for handicrafts, especially items made from cane and bamboo. Stalls and shops selling cane and bamboo artefacts ranging from mementos to furniture and good quality orange flower honey.

Day - 3 : Cherrapunjee Krangsuri Dawki

After early breakfast journey to Dawki-Jowai road to explore the majical waterfall the Krang Suri. It takes 4 hrs to reach the spot(if we start by 7.00 in the morning,we will reach there by 11.00 A.M.. We stay there amidst the alluring destination of Krang Suri for at least 2 hrs in capturing the mind blowing moments, swimming & bathing (optional and as per guide’s instruction) and afterwards reaching Dawki to visit the Indo-Bangla border gate (the Indo-Bangla Maitry dwar). Depends on Time and weather we can avail the opportunity of Boat Ride to explore the crystal clear water river –the Umngot near Dawki.

Day - 4 : Cherrapunjee Nongriat Shillong

After breakfast we can also explore the mesmerising and must see in Cherrapunjee-the Double decker Living Root Bridge at Nongriat village and can have an experience of trekking in the hills there. The living root bridges of Nongriat village are the manmade wonders and this exists dating back of many centuries. Located in the midst of the serene natural atmosphere, this village is quaint and very clean. Apart from the living root bridge, the village is a hotspot for trekkers who want to be engulfed by nature. After exploring Mawlyngnong or Nongriat late in the afternoon transfer to Shillong for overnight stay.

Day - 5 : Shillong Laitlum

After Breakfast first visit to the breathtaking sight at blisful Laitlum canyon. On way back can be visited the Queens village at Smith then if time permits visit either to the Elephant Falls, Shillong Peak or others (if time permits visit other places too).The picturesque Laitloom is a blisful destination covered almost the time with hovering clouds, mystical fog & mists. Especially for the diehard adventurers and nature lovers the Laitloom is a place of holidaying & exploring the nature amidst alluring & thrilling ambience. Late in the evening visit to the sight at Shillong – Ward lake, It is beautifully landscaped around the lake, which offers boating facility to the visitors also.

Day - 6 : Shillong Manah

After breakfast, before leaving Shillong visit to the DonBosco Museum of Indegenous Culture-a Showcase of North Eastern Culture & Heritage. On the way halt near the Umium Lake, most popularly known as the Barapani lake. Sprawled over a vast area of Water body, the lake is a treat for nature lovers. Breathtaking views of the lake are the highlights of this heavenly place. Afterwards transfer to Manah in Assam to explore the wilderness of Manah National Park.

Day - 7 : Manah National Park

Explore through Jeep safari the first half of the day at Manah Jungle trails. Then enjoy the events of Spring Fests in the nearby Bodo community village of Manah Reaching Guwahati by evening for over night stay. Evening Tea Walk in the Tea Garden nearby

Day - 8 :

Elephant safari (Optional) in the National Park area ( costs excluded in the package). After breakfast transfer to Guwahati visiting Barpeta Xatra-a monastic place of Assamese community. Reaching Guwahati by evening. Evening River cruise (Optional) over the River Brahmaputra( costs excluded in the package). Back to Hotel for night stay.

Day - 9 : Drop at Airport/Railway Station

Early morning visit to the mother Goddess Kamakhya Temple(optional) or other places. Transfer to Gauhati Airport for departure and Tour end.
