Day - 1 : Guwahati Cherrapunjee
Meet the Guests at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station and briefing of the Tour Circuit by representatives/Tour Director and Transfer to Cherrapunjee covering 160 km in 4.30 hr. Check in to the Hotel.
Day - 2 : Bhalukpong - Bomdila
After Breakfast at Hotel/Resort transfer to Bomdilla. Located at an altitude of 8,800 ft above sea lavel,Bomdila is the headquarter of the West Kameng district of Arunachal Pradesh. On way to Bomdila we can have enroute visit at Tipi Orchid farm,and explore the varieties of Orchids in the Natural Orchidaria,Tissue Culture Laboratory,Orchid Harbarium and the orchid museum inside the farm.
Day - 3 : Bomdila Local Sight Seeing
After having breakfast we are going to visit the Bomdila monastery. Located at a scenic location this monastery was built in 1965 by the twelfth incarnation of Tsona Gontse Rimpoche. Apart to this we are visiting the Upper Gompa today. Mostly known as the Gontse Gaden Rabgyel Ling monastery by the local residents, this monastery depicts the Tibetan architecture and a treasure house of ancient Buddhist scriptures. Bomdila View Point is another Tourist attraction from where we can have a glimpse of entire Bomdila city . Apart to this we can have a view of the Nechipu Pass from the Bomdila view point. After lunch we can visit the Bomdila Emporium and Art & Craft Centre to know more about the local traditional attires, ornaments and other artifacts. In the evening we will walk over the local traditional market in the midst of the city
Day - 4 : Bomdila - Tawang
After breakfast early in the morning transfer to Tawang via Sella pass-one of the highest motorable paas (17,300 ft) and the amazing Sela Lake. Enroute sightseeing at Indo-China War fame Jaswant Garh, Located 21 kms from Sela Pass towards the direction of Tawang, the post held by him to fight Chinese army is named as Jaswant Garh in honor of his memory. Mesmerising Nuranang Waterfalls. This spectacular 100 meter-high waterfalls is located 40 kms away from Tawang and it is also called as Jang Falls,. Reaching Tawang by afternoon. Overnight stay at Tawang.
Day - 5 : Tawang local sightseeing
After breakfast visit to the Tawang monastery and Tawang Monastery Museum. Tawang monastery is the largest one in India and second largest in Asia. founded in the eighteenth century by the great Merak Lama, Tawang monstery is a centre of Mahayana school of Buddhism in nOrth East India.Apart to this Anne Gompa-the nunnery (crossing by the ropeway), war memorial of the 1962 Indo-China War fame,Tawang city visit, Tawang Pick etc will be visited on the day.
Day - 6 : Sightseeng of Madhuri Lake, Boomla Pass & others.
After breakfast visit to the Bumla /Jimithang/ Shonga-tser Lake - famous as Madhuri Lake etc on this day. Evening visit to the Tawang city. Overnight stay at Tawang. Bumla Pass is situated 37 kms away from Tawang. Bumla Pass was the passage used by Dalai Lama to escape from Tibet and to enter India.The Indo-China border that lies at 16000 ft altitude is the right place for you to assess your fitness level if you love adventure. The ideal time to visit the place to enjoy its limitless beauty would be from May to October. (visit to the sight is depends on the permission of Army if there is no disturbance)
Day - 7 : Transfer to Dirang.
After breakfast transfer to Dirang for overnight stay and en route sightseeing whichever missed during up journey. Basically on this day trying to visit the must see Yak Reserch Centre at Nyukmadung on way to Dirang.If reaches early we will visit the breathtaking Sangty vally of Dirang.
Day - 8 : Transfer to Bhalukpong.
On day eighth we are coming down to Bhalukpong in Assam- Arunachal Pradesh border after having breakfast at Dirang.On way to Bhalukpong we can have a holt near Sesa .
Day - 9 : Transfer to Guwahati
Today we are coming to Guwahati winding up the eight day tour in Arunachal. On way to Guwahati we will have an enroute visit in Tezpur. Tezpur is an ancient city known for monuments and olden temples like Mahavairaba and Vairabi. We will visit the monumental site and Agnigarh Hill Park before coming to Guwahati. We are reaching Guwahati by evening.
Day - 10 : Drop at Airport
Early morning visit to the Kamakhya Temple (Optional & depends on Time of flight departure) Depart from Guwahati and drop at Airport. Tour end.
